It sounds like a recipe and it is. The little known secrt recipe for doing any art, for making yourself or rather allowing yourself to be made big enough, to slow yourself down to the speed at which it is possible to really see and to let the visions fill you up till you overflow.

Most of us are impatient with the filling up part of the process. We don't count it as part of what we do to make art, only the actual making counts, but though it may be true that you can make something out of nothing, we writer's do it all the time, you cannot make something when you are empty.
